Here’s where growth takes root.
I believe healing isn’t a quick fix, and it’s not something you have to do alone. A garden needs care, patience, and the right conditions to flourish, and so do we.
Life plants many things in us, including memories, habits, hurts, and hopes. Some bloom naturally, while others get tangled, hidden, or overgrown with time.
My role as a therapist is to help you gently tend to your inner world, clearing space, nurturing growth, and creating room for something new to emerge.

Let’s navigate your challenges together.
My goal is to offer a safe, grounded space where you can slow down, explore, and begin to heal at your own pace.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, burnout, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and your direction.
I meet you where you are – roots, weeds, and all.
Meeting those challenges begins by seeking help.
Change is possible!
You are not broken. Although you may feel overwhelmed, lost, or in pain, growth is always possible.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating the right space for healing to take place.
Change takes time. Like tending a garden, small shifts add up.
With intention and care, transformation happens.
My approach depends on your needs.
I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed, and relational practices tailored to your unique story and needs.
Whether we’re planting new coping tools, exploring past patterns, or simply sitting together in the hard stuff, I aim to help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself.
If you’re ready to begin this work, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s create something new together.
About Berkley Conner, LPC

Faith guides my therapeutic approach.
I’m a therapist, a listener, and a fellow traveler through life’s ups and downs. I’m deeply committed to walking alongside people in their healing journeys.
I started Living Vine Therapy with a simple but powerful belief: that true healing begins with loving God and loving people.
As a Christian, my faith profoundly shapes how I see people. We are created with purpose, dignity, and the capacity to grow, even when life feels messy or broken. My desire to help others is rooted in how Jesus cared for people, with compassion, patience, and a love that met them right where they were.
I don’t see myself as the expert with all the answers, but as someone who will sit with you, listen deeply, and support you as you reconnect with who you are and who you’re becoming.
My approach is personal and professionally based.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Virginia with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
I have experience working with children ages 5+ utilizing sand tray and play therapy techniques. I am also a certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator.
My clients include individuals facing anxiety, trauma, grief, relational struggles, spiritual burnout, or simply feeling stuck in life. Whether you’re wrestling with faith, feeling stuck, or need space to breathe and sort things out, you are welcome here.
My style is warm, relational, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to show up fully with questions, doubts, struggles, etc. If faith is an integral part of your life, we can integrate that into therapy. If it’s not, that’s okay, too. I meet you where you are.
Why do I do this work?
I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories – the raw, messy, beautiful complexity of being human.
Profound change can happen when we slow down and give ourselves the care and curiosity we often extend to others.
To me, therapy is sacred work: a space where growth can take root, healing can begin, and people can discover that even the hardest seasons can bear fruit.
I believe God is always at work – restoring, renewing, and inviting us into something more profound. It’s my honor to be part of that process.
